Patricia is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is dual-licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Mitchell Cabral has been in recovery for three years and uses his personal experience to motivate others. During this time, he has worked in the recovery field supporting individuals and families entering treatment. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children and attending New York Yankees and Giants games.

Our PHP program delivers intensive daily treatment from 9 AM-3 PM with medical director assessment within 48 hours. Programming combines Smart Recovery, CBT, DBT, relapse prevention, and holistic therapies with weekly individual therapy, MAT services, and family therapy integration.
Monday – Thursday
3-5 days per week
IOP offers flexible scheduling with morning (9 AM-12 PM), afternoon (12:30-3:30 PM), and evening (6-9 PM) sessions accommodating work and school commitments. This step-down program maintains therapeutic intensity while increasing independence and community integration.

Long term support
Outpatient services provide ongoing recovery support through weekly group sessions and individual therapy. This level supports long-term recovery goals, relapse prevention, and continued personal growth within a supportive therapeutic framework.
Morning programming includes Smart Recovery groups, clinical-driven therapeutic groups, and scheduled individual therapy sessions with licensed clinicians. Medical director consultations and psychiatric assessments are scheduled during morning hours for optimal clinical coordination.
Midday activities focus on CBT, DBT, and relapse prevention programming, with MAT services coordination as clinically indicated. Dharma recovery sessions and specialized gambling addiction groups are integrated based on individual treatment planning.
Afternoon programming incorporates holistic modalities including sound bowls, Reiki, breath work, and yoga sessions. Family therapy sessions and case management meetings are scheduled to accommodate work schedules and family availability.
Evening activities include hiking groups, meditation sessions, and community recovery events utilizing our Nashoba Valley natural setting.
