Patricia is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is dual-licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Mitchell Cabral has been in recovery for three years and uses his personal experience to motivate others. During this time, he has worked in the recovery field supporting individuals and families entering treatment. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children and attending New York Yankees and Giants games.

IOP provides flexible scheduling with morning (9 AM-12 PM), afternoon (12:30-3:30 PM), and evening (6-9 PM) sessions. This step-down programming supports clients transitioning from PHP, maintaining their therapeutic momentum while accommodating work and family responsibilities.

Long term support
OP programming provides one group session weekly plus one individual therapy session, focusing on maintenance and long-term recovery support with relapse prevention strategies. This ongoing support structure ensures sustained recovery and early intervention for potential challenges.
Morning programming includes Smart Recovery groups, CBT sessions, and medical director consultations. Individual therapy sessions occur once weekly minimum, with additional sessions scheduled based on clinical assessment and client needs.
Midday hours focus on clinical-driven groups, Dharma recovery sessions, and DBT programming. Lunch break allows for peer connection and reflection time in our family-style environment.
Afternoon programming emphasizes relapse prevention strategies combined with holistic therapies including sound bowls, Reiki, breath work, and yoga. Case management meetings address external documentation and coordination needs.
Evening hours accommodate family therapy sessions, monthly family meetings, and recovery events. Weekend programming includes Saturday PHP sessions and outdoor activities such as hiking and meditation groups.
