The IOP offers flexible morning, afternoon, and evening sessions Monday through Friday, including evening options Monday to Thursday. This step-down program supports ongoing recovery while allowing clients to balance work, school, and family responsibilities.

Long term support
The OP program includes one weekly group session and individual therapy to support relapse prevention and recovery maintenance. It offers long-term therapeutic care and clinical oversight for clients completing higher treatment levels.
Daily programming begins with Smart Recovery groups, CBT/DBT sessions, and individual therapy appointments. Medical director consultations and MAT services are scheduled during morning hours for optimal clinical oversight.
Midday sessions focus on Dharma recovery principles and evidence-based relapse prevention strategies. Clinical-driven groups address specific benzodiazepine addiction challenges and withdrawal management.
Afternoon programming incorporates sound bowls, Reiki, breath work, and yoga sessions. Family therapy appointments and monthly family meetings are scheduled to support comprehensive recovery.
Evening and weekend programming includes hiking, meditation groups, and recovery events utilizing the natural Nashoba Valley setting. Saturday PHP programming is being implemented to expand treatment accessibility.
