Patricia is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is dual-licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Her expertise in mental health treatment is essential for our integrated approach to dual diagnosis care. Patricia specializes in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other conditions that often co-occur with substance use disorders.
Admissions Director
Mitchell Cabral has been in recovery for three years and uses his personal experience to motivate others. During this time, he has worked in the recovery field supporting individuals and families entering treatment. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children and attending New York Yankees and Giants games.

Long term support
The OP program delivers long-term recovery maintenance with one weekly group session and one individual therapy session. It provides relapse prevention, skill development, and sustained sobriety support, integrating SMART Recovery, CBT/DBT, holistic therapies, and case management assistance.
Monday – Thursday
3-5 days per week
The IOP offers flexible 3–5 day-per-week scheduling with morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. It serves as a step-down from PHP, maintaining structured support while promoting client independence and integration of recovery skills into daily life.
Monday-Friday
30-45 days
The PHP runs Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM for 30–45 days, providing intensive treatment with SMART Recovery, CBT, DBT, Dharma Recovery, relapse prevention, family therapy, and holistic therapies. MAT services, including Methadone, Suboxone, and Vivitrol, are overseen by the medical director.
Morning programming includes individual therapy sessions with licensed clinical staff and clinical-driven group sessions. Smart Recovery groups and CBT/DBT modalities provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Midday hours incorporate holistic therapies including sound bowls, Reiki, breath work, and yoga. Medical director consultation for MAT services including Methadone, Suboxone, Subutex, Vivitrol, Sublocade, Antabuse, and Campral.
Afternoon programming focuses on relapse prevention strategies and Dharma recovery approaches. Family therapy sessions and support group coordination occur during designated afternoon hours.
Evening activities include recovery events, hiking groups, and meditation sessions utilizing the natural Nashoba Valley environment.
